Licensing Question #1: Who is using this music?


1) A NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY?

A large company that does business nationally or internationally defined as a an organization that generates over a $1,000,0000 in sales a year or has over 100 employees.

2) A REGIONAL OR INDEPENDENT COMPANY?

A company that does business regionally or one that could be classified as a small business. A small business is a business that is independently owned and operated, with a small number of employees and relatively low volume of sales. The legal definition of “small” often varies by country and industry, but is generally under 100 employees in the United States and under 50 employees in the European Union.

3) A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION?

A tax exempt organization whose objective is to support or engage in activities of public or private interest without commercial or monetary profit.
