1) TV Commercials/Promos—Advertisements on Television

2) TV Programming—Content other than advertising broadcast on the television

3) Film—Motion Pictures shown in Theaters, or sent directly to DVD

4) Video Games—Web based and Console based Games

5) DVD/CD/Software—You cannot use our music solely on it’s own. It must be in synced with other content. Examples include Books on CD and Computer Software.

6) Website or Mobile—Web based content or content on mobile devices

7) Radio Commercial—Advertisements on the Radio

8) Radio Programming—Content other than advertising broadcast on the radio

9) Corporate Presentation—A presentation given or display shown to colleagues or prospective clients

10) Manufactured Products or Toys—Children toys and educational products
